Over the past few months, I have tried to make an effort to start cooking at home for the week on weekends, so essentially I have been meal prepping! It's a fairly new phenomenon to me to cook for the entire week in advance, but I have appreciated the extra time I am getting during the week for myself. Meal prepping is great for everyone in my opinion, whether you are a student, busy parent, working or all of the above.
With prepping my meals, I am able to control what I put into my body, I have noticed my energy levels going up throughout the day, since I am packing foods that will help refuel my body, and I am also saving a lot of money by buying groceries and utilizing them for the week ahead.
