I have spent quite some time in the southern part of India, and one of the many things I learned there was about the wonderful Coco Nucifera, also commonly known as the coconut. I would try to drink as much of coconut water as I could, since the humidity and heat in southern India was so severe. It was much later on that I realized the good it was doing to my body.
I have been so curious about the whole concept of exfoliating ever since I realized how much good it can do to your skin, especially in the winter months. I have always been regular with exfoliating using scrubs, but recently I indulged into the using a dry body brush to help exfoliate my body. I have to say that I am so impressed with the results and have realized it's actually good for your body, both internally and externally.
